PBSA stands for Purpose-Built Student Accommodation. It refers to residential properties developed specifically for students, often featuring shared living spaces like cluster flats or self-contained studios. These developments typically include amenities and facilities catering to student needs, distinguishing them from traditional student housing or private rentals.

Net yields represent your return on investment after deducting expenses like management fees and maintenance costs. High net yields, such as the up to 10% offered by Global Phoenix, indicate a more profitable investment. For example, if you invest £200,000, and after paying all expenses like maintenance and taxes, you net £20,000 in profit, your net yield would be 10% 

Q. What are net yields, and why are they important?
